ABT Sportsline at the Kiev Automotive Show 2008

Eastern Europe becomes an ever more important market for ABT Sportsline. Therefore, it is a must for the Kempten tuner to take part in the Kiev Automotive Show 2008 taking place from 26. Mai to 1. June.

The ABT importer for Ukraine, auto group Vipos, will present the long established Allgäu company on an area 150m². 100,000 expected visitors of the exhibition will have the opportunity to take a closer look at three ABT Vehicles; Vipos will present three top models from Kempten to the public: the ABT AS4, the ABT AS5 and the ABT Touareg.

An additional real show-stopper will be the white ABT R8 impressively presenting the step from the racetrack to the road. The bodywork of the super sports car is kept in elegant white but the carbon body parts such as the ABT side blades, which pick up the car color in the area of the air inlets and outline the B-pillar even more, make the car still more dynamic. The rear section of the car with the 4-pipe exhaust system is also a dark-colored design element making the Kempten car look potent and dominant.

The body kit of the ABT R8 forms a perfect unit – from the low front of the car over the side skirts to the rear diffuser. A perfect combination not only from the optical point of view: The Allgäu-based tuners have optimized the design package in regard to perfect weight balance. Together with the ABT suspension springs this offers ideal handling characteristics at any speed range. ABT Sportsline has spared no effort to get this super sports car from Kempten to Kiev in order to present it to the visitors.

The Kiev Automotive Show has become well established in the fair calendar of the region and will remain the most important fair for the Ukrainian market in the future.
