These PES Tuning G4 supercharger FSI systems are the result of over 4 years of design and road testing using data logging software system and designed to appeal to owners who supercar performance at reasonable cost.
The emphasis of all PES Tuning Audi supercharger kits are in this order reliability, torque then horsepower, ensuring they produce a smooth increased torque band throughout the complete rev range. All kits are for the most part simple bolt-on solutions and require no replacement of any other stock components thus we are able to keep your conversion costs down. Of course should you wish to use any 3rd party exhausts, such a sport exhaust system or any other enhancements modifications then with a small adjustment to the PES supplied ECU software they can only improve the experience.
At the heart of the supercharger system is the PES cast aluminum intake manifold and a Eaton MP112 supercharger. This roots-type positive displacement supercharger delivers instant, seamless boost throughout the RPM range. Eaton superchargers are used as OEM equipment on Audi, Mercedes Benz, Aston Martin, and Jaguar automobiles. The system is supplied complete with all parts necessary for installation.
The addition of forced induction necessitates enhanced fuel delivery to ensure the correct air/fuel ratio for performance and safety. The kit includes PES’s in house ECU recalibrating using factory DAMOS calibration files and offers ultra smooth drivability, and seamless power delivery. This is the same tuning method that Audi calibration engineers use.
Our vehicles are tested under a wide variety of driving conditions ranging from “easy” daily commutes to severe track conditions. We also test our systems in a broad range of temperatures, from bitter winter cold to blazing summer heat. Testing is also conducted using both Dynojet and Mustang dynamometers. We are so confident in the reliability of the system that when fitted by an approved dealer we offer a one year, unlimited mileage warranty on all system components.
The NEW G4 MP112 system delivers a healthy 9-10 psi boost fed through an air/liquid intercooler system which is separate from the cars cooling system. With heat exchangers in the front bumper this highly efficient system provides an increase of 40-60% over stock HP. The systems enormous boost in power turns the R8 into a true supercar, the RS4 into a true sports sedan and the S5 into a super coupe that all rival the world’s best. The system includes all parts needed for a perfect installation. The system retains a clean, OEM under hood appearance and performs well for both manual and R-Tronic transmissions.
The inlet manifold is also tapped to accommodate direct port water/methanol injection should you desire.
