Audi TT tuned by B&B to 360 HP
German tuner B&B has released an upgrade package for the third generation Audi TT. B&B is one of the first tuners to take a stab at the all-new Audi TT and they focused on the base 2.0 TFSI engine which in the standard car puts out 230 HP (169 kW) and 370 Nm (272 lb-ft) of torque. Opting for the stage 1 kit (€1,198) will bump power to 300 HP (221 kW) and 420 Nm (310 lb-ft) thanks to electronic injection tweaks and a minor increase of charger pressure. Stage 1S brings revisions to the intake paths and air guides to increase output to 310 HP (228 kW) and 435 Nm (321 lb-ft)
Audi TT owners willing to spend €3,950 can go for the stage 2 program lifting power to 326 HP (240 kW) and 450 Nm (332 lb-ft) achieved by installing a new exhaust with sport catalyzer along with a charger pressure boost by 0.25 bar. This package also reduces the temperature of the engine and exhaust turbocharger while increasing performances.
Lastly, B&B has a stage 3 kit for €9,950 increasing power to 360 HP (265 kW) and 500 Nm (369 lb-ft) thanks to a different turbocharger with new charger air cooler, sports exhaust and other upgrades. For an extra €1,295 there’s an oil cooling system, while sports spring sets are available starting at €298 and bringing the car closer to the road by 30mm front & 25mm rear. Other upgrades include stabilizers (from €498), 20-inch wheels with 265/30 R20 tires, four- or six-piston brake calipers and a €1,398 special exhaust increasing power by an extra 14 HP (10 kW) while a racing exhaust is also available and adds 20 HP (15 kW).
