A.W.E. Tuning is proud to announce the release of the all new Audi B7 A4 2.0T Front Mounted Intercooler System. This system is a direct bolt-on and is precision built in A.W.E. Tuning’s on-site manufacturing plant. AWE Tuning has a comprehensive selection of hi-performance intercooler kits for the VW and Audi cars, designed to integrate seamlessly with the engines of these vehicles. Their complete intercooler Kits are comprised of large high flow cores and all aluminum construction, including tubing, for maximum heat transfer.

Those intercoolers are extensively tested on the street, dyno, and track, and all critical elements such as pressure drop and temperature drop are closely montitored. Unlike most intercoolers on the market, their hi-performance intercooler kits are not just a fashion accessory: they actually work to produce more power.

The A.W.E. Tuning B7 A4 2.0T front mounted intercooler design consists of one of the largest cores that would fit the on the front of the vehicle. By carefully designing our cast aluminum end tank shape utilizing cutting edge Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modeling software, we were able to drop intake air temperatures a maximum 27 degrees F over stock, while also reducing flow restriction by half. Power results were an additional 14 crank hp on a chipped car, also with completely stable power under the hottest outside conditions.
